The History of Raught's Auto Repair

...a short history

Bob Raught auto repair started February 1, 1985 with a 2 bay shop as a 1 man operation expanding in the early 1990s and adding 3 bays to the shop . In 2002 Ken (pictured above) was hired to run the office and do paper work.

Bob stays in the shop to oversee work done on vehicles and works on them himself.

We are an environmentally friendly shop. We use soap and hot water pressure machine to wash parts not solvent, we recycle old parts for scrap metal and ship off antifreeze and oil for recycling.

In February 2010 we will have been in operation 25 years and have many great customers and long-time friends because of it.
